Our client, a mission-driven healthcare company , is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of a rapidly expanding revenue team.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer , youll own the systems, data, and processes that power the companys go-to-market strategydriving efficiency, improving forecasting, and supporting growth across Sales, Marketing, and Finance .
What Youll Do
Own and optimize the HubSpot CRM , ensuring data integrity and streamlined workflows
Translate sales metrics into actionable insights for leadership
Automate revenue processes and design scalable operational systems
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
Support sales enablement and onboarding for new hires
Lead performance reporting and GTM analysis to drive strategic decision-making
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Business Operations - REQUIRED
Experience in healthcare, healthtech, SaaS, or other fast-growth environments - REQUIRED
Proven CRM ownership (HubSpot required) and ability to implement scalable processes - REQUIRED
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and data visualization tools - REQUIRED
Analytical, process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Bachelors degree required
Passion for mission-driven workespecially improving dementia care and caregiver support
