Job description

We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer support inbox
  • Take on various projects and see until completion
  • Send reminders and gather team updates
  • Assist with various other projects / tasks
  • Platforms
  • Canva
  • Google Suite

Requirements

  • Experience as a project manager / virtual assistant (a plus)
  • Interest / passion in fitness (a must)
  • Able to operate independently when given a task or direction
  • Feels comfortable problem solving on their own (bring solutions not problems)
  • Is able to receive direct feedback and direction
  • Not overwhelmed by quick communication or requests for admin tasks or needs that have a short turnaround time
  • Detail oriented
  • Intuitively organized
  • Likes deadlines
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • 25 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
  • Pacific or Mountain Time Zone
