What Youll Do
Your Impact / Typical Activities
Consultative selling | Generate and convert leads for auto, home, life and small-business lines; uncover needs and recommend coverage that truly protects clients.
Relationship building | Make 6080 outbound calls / follow-ups daily; host in-office or virtual appointments; nurture referral and community networks.
Pipeline ownership | Track conversations in CRM, set next steps, and move prospects from quote to close with urgency and empathy.
Client on-boarding | Deliver seamless, policy-accurate hand-offs to service team and celebrate new customers with a wow experience.
Community presence | Represent the agency at local events, charity drives, and networking groupsliving the good neighbor promise.
What Success Looks Like :

1-3 yrs success in phone or face-to-face sales (insurance, banking, auto, or hospitality a plus)Goal-oriented closer who loves friendly competition and measures everythingActive Nevada P&C licenseor ability to obtain quicklyBilingual Spanish / English welcomed (over one-third of Clark County is Hispanic)Tech-savvy (CRM, quote systems, video chat) and comfortable with social sellingEmbodies our core values : integrity, caring, servant leadership, daily excellenceResponsibilities :
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
