High School Diploma or equivalent
WMP and 10-Key results must be on resume
Minimum 40 WPM (test score required on resume)
Strong English communication (read/write/speak)
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Skype for Business
Ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy
Preferred Skills:
Healthcare terminology; CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 knowledge
Understanding of EOBs and HIPAA guidelines
Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
