The successful candidate will have the ability to perform the following functions effectively :

• Utilize nursing skills to provide quality care and treatment for inmates / residents.
• Assist physicians during sick call, prepare lists of inmates / residents for examination, and set up examining rooms with necessary equipment.
• Manage pill calls, dispense medications, and maintain accurate documentation as required by policies and procedures.
• Oversee the control of medications, syringes, and medical supplies, ensuring compliance with established inventory protocols.
• Guarantee the utmost security and confidentiality of all medical records.
