Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist - Deductions.

Key Responsibilities

Own full-cycle accounts receivable for a defined portfolio of customers

Manage complex CPG deductions including trade promotions, shortages, and logistics penalties

Investigate and resolve disputes, invalid deductions, and past-due balances

Required Qualifications

10+ years of Accounts Receivable experience

5+ years of CPG deductions experience

Strong background in trade / billbacks, shortages, penalties, and promo deductions

Experience with SAP (ECC or S / 4), EDI platforms, and Excel

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
