The Fountains Country Club, a premier private country club located in Lake Worth, Florida, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Golf Professional to lead our golf operations and enhance the overall member and guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to be part of a vibrant, service-driven community.

Pay : Salary + percentage from lessons

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all aspects of the golf operation, including staff supervision, scheduling, training, and professional development.
• Deliver an exceptional golf experience for members and guests through outstanding service and programming.
• Plan, organize, and promote a full calendar of golf events, tournaments, and instructional programs.
• Provide individual and group instruction to players of all skill levels, fostering growth and enjoyment of the game.
• Oversee the golf shop, including merchandising, inventory control, and financial performance.
• Manage daily golf operations such as tee times, pace of play, cart fleet, and practice facilities.
• Work collaboratively with club leadership to achieve strategic goals and continually elevate member satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all club policies, safety standards, and USGA rules of golf.
