Superior Fence & Rail of Ventura County & Santa Clarita Valley is an industry leader with 100+ branch locations across the US. We partner with a national home improvement chain, multiple home builders and general contractors for fence installation requirements. We are a full service fencing company that provides a variety of fence materials and installation services including commercial fencing, residential fencing and railing, including vinyl privacy and picket fences, aluminum & steel fence and railing, wood fencing, ranch fencing and chain link fencing. We are looking for an Experienced Fence Installation Subcontractor to execute quality fence installations for our customers.
Job Description :
- Industry leader seeking Subcontractors to complete fence installations
- Typical work week is Monday to Friday
- Work consists of building all types of fencing including automatic, vinyl, aluminum, wood and chain-link, as well as doing tear out when needed.
- Pay is based on a per-foot or day rate depending on the type of fence being installed and the complexity of the job.
- We can offer consistent and stable work and crews are paid promptly.
Experience :
Fence installation experience is a MUST. C13 license or B License is required.Must be able to use various hand / power tools and have a working knowledge of general construction.Candidates must also possess solid customer service skills as this position is a point of contact with our customers while projects are in the process of installation.Responsibilities :
Drives to scheduled job sites, accurately performs required work for individual projectsProvides own labor necessary to complete tasks within deadlinesPerforms duties in compliance with OSHA, and other pertinent safety and government regulationsAssists in loading and unloading of all materials on vehiclesInstalls all products with accuracy and quality workmanshipCompletes basic carpentry duties such as the build out of fences, etc. May be responsible for tear down and removal of old fencingUpon completion of the job double checks all work to ensure quality and cleans the job site thoroughlyReviews all necessary information regarding the completion of the job with our Installation Manager to ensure satisfaction. Demonstrates proper use of products to ensure lasting performancePerforms service work on our products as neededFollows Superior Fence and Rail processes and policies across all levels of workAdditional duties may be assigned as neededWe provide :

Possess Valid Driver's LicenseCarry liability insurance, C13 contractor license or B license and workers compensation coverage (Required)Have fencing experience with pictures of several completed installations and customer referencesHave your own truck, trailer, and tools (No Logos)Ability to lift heavy items and work in a variety of weather conditionsHave capacity for 10 to 20 installations per monthThe candidate will :
