Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The site is a four (4) bed group home for females. O nly female contractors are permitted to work at this location.

Compensation rate : $10.90-$16.60 / h

Requirements :

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Related experience is helpful.
• Driver's license is required for community-based homes.
• A verifiable high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Description :

Direct Support Professionals create long-term impacts on individuals' lives by

encouraging, mentoring, and coaching them to achieve their goals. They follow the Individual Support

Plan, engage in activities such as park visits and sensory gardens, and work on social and

communication skills. They assist with daily living activities, personal care, housekeeping, and laundry,

fostering independence and enhancing individuals' lives.
