Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Plasma Cutter / Torch Operator to join our growing aerospace manufacturing team. This role involves using hand-held plasma cutters, torches, and saws to cut metals to precise measurements. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to learn and advance in the aerospace industry. You will support team members in other manufacturing tasks as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace while following company procedures.

The base salary range for this position is $16-17.50, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
