Rock Solid Stabilization and Reclamation, Inc. is looking for a self-motivated dispatcher who wants to contribute to a successful team that embraces innovation and be part of an industry-leading organization that is setting new standards consistently.

Compensation :

$60,000 - $80,000+ based on expereince

Industry-leading benefits package including;

• 100%  company-paid   medical / vision / dental insurance premiums for employees / spouse / dependents after 60 days
• 401(k) plan with company contributions ( minimum 3% safe harbor contribution, plus company contribution, totaling up to 7-8% annually ), eligible after the first day of the new quarter, with a 6-year vesting schedule

• Long-term disability insurance coverage is paid by the company
• Annual Bonus
• Internal referral bonus ($2,000)
• Other performance / safety incentives
• All Basic PPE is provided
