As a skilled and compassionate Nurse, you will independently provide both routine and complex care in a dynamic clinical setting. You will be pivotal in planning for long-term patient goals while continuously enhancing your nursing competencies to effectively manage various clinical situations. Together with your team, you will deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate proficiency in the OneCHRISTUS Competencies : Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Address the complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols, while monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess patient and family education needs and provide relevant resources and support.
