Sr. Process Analyst

Job Description / Skills : Location : This position is remote within the US only. Summary The person in this position will develop and drive solutions in partnership with IT and business teams, including analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes, and developing sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements. Additionally, this person will research best business practices within and outside the organization to collect and analyze process data to initiate, develop, and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on reduced cost, increased productivity, and enhanced customer experience. May specialize in one or more of the following areas : capability and process modeling, benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, process-driven systems requirements Responsibilities ? Business process discovery : identify formal and informal business processes across the organization (part of determining the current state) – includes process pain points and value generated. 20% ? Business Process Modeling, Analysis & Design : visually depict and examine process models (specifically a capability model), based on information gathered from business process discovery. Includes current and future state models and change impact model. 30% ? Process Performance Management : oversee process input and output, and know whether a process is performing correctly and delivering the desired process outcomes. Additionally able to assist in benefit realization to determine success of process improvement projects and initiatives. 20% ? Technology Knowledge & Process SME : act as a SME for Business Process Management (BPM) technology products in the market — including business process modeling and analysis and business rule management tools, and other types of BPM platform — and the ability to determine which are best-suited to specific BPM needs. Will be deployed to assist with strategic initiatives as a process SME. 20% ? Solution Design & Creation : the ability to realize the business goals by creating and maintaining process tools with or without IT assistance by leveraging technology skills 10% Skills and Abilities Required Excellent communication, writing and editing skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and educate all levels of internal stakeholders. Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities. Outstanding interpersonal skills along with the ability to help gain consensus. Excellent facilitation skills. Knowledge of IT platforms and what will work to drive shared business, IT, and operations initiatives. Understands the drivers of our business and how metrics link to strategic direction. Contributes to the development of business unit / division strategy. Develops integrated solutions to resolve highly complex technical and business issues and adapts to changing priorities. Expert knowledge of SQL, Excel, VBA, CRM, Tableau, and relational databases. Expert knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint Pay Range : $65.00 – $71.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
