As a Manager, you'll be a key part of what makes our culture special. From performing quality checks, to creating schedules and cheering on your crew, you'll help each team member shine and ensure every guest leaves full and happy. What You'll Do :
- Lead and inspire a team of 25+ burger experts to provide next-level hospitality
- Drive recruiting to ensure your store is fully staffed with great people
- Spot rising stars, and develop top performers into future leaders
- Set high (but fair) standards and inspire your team to reach them every shift
- Celebrate the wins and turn mistakes into learning opportunities
- Help make MWB a great place to work by keeping our friendly, productive, and fun
- Help run a multi-million dollar business
