Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings. Under the supervision of a registered nurse or medical professional, you will leverage your nursing knowledge to enhance the health and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include :

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conducting thorough assessments of residents' health status.
• Documenting interactions and care outcomes accurately.
• Assisting with technical support as needed to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborating effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary care team.
• Providing counsel to residents and families on treatment plans and prevention strategies.
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
