• Senior HVAC Service / Installation Technician Job Responsibilities :

Success in this role requires strong technical diagnostic skills, a desire to fully satisfy customer requirements, and prioritizing personal organization and safety. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial package units, split systems, unit heaters, chillers, boilers, walk-in coolers / freezers, make-up air units, & controls

Identifying maintenance risks on equipment

Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems

Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently

Communicating with customers professionally and clearly about maintenance and service needs and status during work performed

Senior HVAC Service / Installation Technician

Job Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience with commercial and industrial HVAC and Refrigeration

Comprehensive understanding of advanced HVAC-R principles

EPA Universal certification

Proficient in reading schematics and work plans

Proficient in soldering, brazing, and recovery

Able to lift up to 50lbs and valid driver’s license

Ability to work periodic rotating on-call service hours, after hours and weekends

Personal ownership of safe and high-quality workmanship

Always operate with integrity and honesty

Seek to continuously learn and improve HVAC-R knowledge and skills

Prioritize working with and respecting others as a team

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $27.00 - $38.00 per hour
