Senior Project Manager – Civil / Utility Operations

An established infrastructure services firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-performing office in the Austin market. This is a strategic role combining operational oversight, technical direction, and client relationship development across a range of public infrastructure and utility-focused projects. You’ll step into a well-established market with an experienced team already in place — including 8–10 direct reports — to strengthen execution, mentor future leaders, and expand key client relationships.

Key Focus Areas :

• Oversee operations, performance, and delivery for an existing regional office
• Lead and mentor staff across engineering, field, and project management roles
• Serve as the primary client liaison for key accounts and large-scale projects
• Participate in business development and proposal efforts with executive leadership
• Ensure delivery of high-quality technical work, compliance, and documentation standards
