A Rhode Island based Construction company that is looking for an experienced part time full charge bookkeeper to assist the controller with weekly booking tasks. Applicant must have experience in construction bookkeeping working Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks online.

requirements

• 10+ years in construction bookkeeping within quickbooks
• must be willing to work 20-30 hours a week
• experience with job costing
• reconciliations
• Organized
• be able to multi-task in a fast pace environment

This position will be in assistance to the controller, with other day today miscellaneous task as well as bookkeeping.
