Job Summary

Growing, family-owned property management and development company with a large portfolio of historic buildings in business for more than 40 years is seeking an experienced, well-rounded carpenter. Our focus on preservation, restoration and the adaptive reuse of historic buildings will provide carpenters of any skill level a great opportunity to expand their knowledge and abilities. We do everything from minor repairs during apartment flips to major renovations from shell to finish. In this role, you will work on a various types of buildings and construction tasks. The ideal candidate is hard-working and dedicated to producing quality work. If you are an experienced Carpenter with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.

Required Skills :

Framing, dry wall & spackling, trim & finish work, hardwood floors, hanging cabinets.

Additional Skills :

Tiling, roofing, light plumbing, light electrical, HVAC knowledge, appliance installation, locksmithing.
