QUALITY INSPECTOR (Mechanical / Dimensional)

Location : Sylmar CA 91342

Industry : Aerospace

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have 5+ years of mechanical and dimensional inspection experience
• Knowledge of shop mathematics, blueprint reading, geometric tolerances, and SPC
• Experience using inspection measuring equipment

Summary

Provides support to the Quality Inspection Department / Fabrication and performs routine to advanced clerical, filing, and inspection duties.  This person will assist with the day-to-day inspection tasks and additional engineering requests where necessary. Will assist with the training of lower-level personnel to increase the knowledge base across the department. Additional inspection requirements may be added to assist additional departments.
