Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location : Elkin or Wilkesboro

Schedule :

• Monday - Friday, 8-hour days, with flexibility to start between 7 AM and 9 AM.
• Weekend Rotation : Every 8th weekend.

At Mountain Valley Hospice, we provide compassionate, personalized care to patients and their families during life’s most challenging moments. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, delivering exceptional care in patients’ homes, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and assisted living facilities (ALFs). As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with RNs, social workers, chaplains, and providers who share a deep commitment to high-quality care and support.
