Hiring Range : $76,024.00 - $123,468.80 annually

About Our Rehabilitation Team :

Comprised of over 700 team members, our Rehabilitation team at Lee Health is dedicated to helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence through comprehensive, patient-centered care. Our licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists work collaboratively with medical teams to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients unique needs. In addition to core rehab services, we offer a range of specialty programs including neurological rehabilitation, vestibular and balance therapy, lymphedema management, pelvic health therapy, and oncology rehabilitation. With services available across acute care, inpatient, and outpatient settings, our team delivers high-quality, compassionate care that supports recovery, restores function, and enhances quality of life.

• Acute Care : Lee Memorial Hospital, Cape Coral Hospital, Gulf Coast Medical Center, HealthPark Medical Center
• Skilled Nursing : Gulf Coast Skilled Nursing Unit, Lee Memorial Skilled Nursing Unit, HealthPark Care Center (SNF)
• Outpatient : 14 Outpatient Adult Clinics
• Home Health : South, Central, and North Regions
• Pediatrics : Golisano Childrens Hospital of SWFL, 7 Outpatient Pediatric Clinics

Why Lee Health?

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for examining, evaluating and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological and developmental impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities or other health and movement-related conditions in order to determine a diagnosis, prognosis and plan of treatment intervention, and assess the ongoing effects of intervention. The PT is also responsible for alleviating impairments, functional limitations and disabilities by designing, implementing and modifying treatment interventions. Additional responsibilities include reducing the risk of injury, impairment, functional limitation and disability, as well as, the promotion and maintenance of fitness, health and wellness in populations of all ages. The PT is engaged in administration, consultation, education and research. The PT is expected to conduct themselves in an effective professional behavior manner. The attributes, characteristics or behaviors required for success in this job include : critical thinking, communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills, responsibility, professionalism, use of constructive feedback, effective use of time and resources, stress management, and commitment to learning.

Educational Requirements : Bachelors, Masters, or Doctor of Physical Therapy required
