Account Executive – SMB Software Sales (4815)

NextPath Career Partners is seeking an Account Executive – SMB Software Sales to join our client's team. This is a remote, direct hire position.

Compensation

Base pay range : $80,000.00 / year - $80,000.00 / year

Salary : $80K-$100K + commission (depending on experience)

Requirements

• 3–5 years in AE roles, starting in SDR / BDR hunting positions
• Experience selling into MSPs
• Proven success in high-velocity sales cycles (25–30 days), especially in SMB
• Skilled at new business development and upselling
• Stable employment history with strong performance and polished communication skills
