Position Overview :
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our healthcare team in California City, CA . The ideal candidate will provide clinical counseling, psychotherapy, and mental health support to patients facing emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges. This role is best suited for a licensed professional who thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and is committed to promoting holistic mental wellness.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients with diverse mental health needs.
Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards and ethical guidelines.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or motivational interviewing.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Educate clients and families on coping strategies, emotional regulation, and wellness practices.
Participate in regular supervision, case reviews, and continuing education to stay current with best practices.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations governing mental health services.
Must-Have Qualifications :
Education :
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling , or a closely related clinical field from an accredited institution.
Licensure :
Active LPC , LMFT , or LCSW license in the State of California (required).
Experience :
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy, counseling, or related mental health services.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling.
Familiarity with EMR / EHR systems for clinical documentation.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits :
Annual Salary : $110,000 - $130,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule : 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Guarantee Period : 60 days
