Assistant Store Manager
Our client, a leader in innovative home cleaning technology, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their team.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be part of the Retail Operations department supporting the Paramus store team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for technology, which will align successfully in the organization.
Assist in managing all store operations including opening / closing procedures, inventory control, and visual merchandising
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and customer feedback
2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance goals
