Payroll & Operations Administrator Role
As the Payroll & Operations Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy, inventory management, and compliance oversight. This role requires an adaptable professional who can balance payroll processing, warehouse operations, and in-store audits with a high level of accuracy and accountability
Oversee payroll processing for 1,100+ employees working directly with a 3rd party
Verify new hire onboarding forms for accuracy and compliance
Ensure payroll processes run smoothly and on schedule
Oversee warehouse inventory and process store requests for supplies, uniforms, and equipment
Conduct random safe audits at North Texas stores weekly travel required all local
Verify cash handling compliance and deposit procedures
Provide accurate reporting of findings to leadership
Collaborate with office leadership and support team culture initiatives (~75% onsite in Plano office)
Payroll & Operations Administrator Background Profile
4+ years of experience in payroll, bookkeeping, office management, or administration
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience handling sensitive financial data with discretion
Proficiency in payroll and inventory systems (QSR Soft a plus)
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
Restaurant or fast-food industry experience a plus, but not required
