Onboarding Specialist

Salary: $20-$21/hr

On Q Property Management is looking for afull-time Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona!

In this role, you will serve as a vital piece in our On Q flow, with the primary function being to support our sales and property management team with the onboarding of new owners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison for owners between the sales team and property managers
• Enter building and contract information into the Company's CRM
• Create a new portfolio, owner, and building profile in Accounting Software
• Use the inner-office messaging system to alert colleagues when new properties have been entered
• Update and audit dashboards and reports regarding new entries
• Complete auto-scheduled welcome calls
• Ensure proper documentation is provided in cases of occupied properties
• Complete the new owner key check-in process
• Request property assessments of new properties
• Write Marketing Descriptions in the Company's CRM
• Review completed assessments and discuss next steps with new Owners
• Request, review, and present rent-ready estimates as needed
• Attend company, team, and individual training as required
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Active AZ Real Estate License (preferred)
  
• 1+ years in single-family property management or related field (preferred)
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer Service Champion
• Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to new technology, software, and systems swiftly
