Overview

Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Sign-On Bonus : $60,000 for experienced CRNAs who commit to a one-year term. An additional $15,000 incentive is available for CRNAs with cardiac anesthesia experience. Enjoy 80 hours of front-loaded PTO.

We are seeking passionate and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to enhance our growing anesthesia team. Experience a dynamic case mix with opportunities in the Main OR or a blended approach between Main OR and CVOR.

23 Main ORs

  • 4 CVORs
  • 6 Ambulatory Surgery ORs
  • Several off-site locations (OB, GI, IR, ECT, Cath Lab)
  • Flexible Scheduling : Enjoy multiple shift options and at-home call coverage to enhance your work-life balance.
  • Advanced Technology : Work in a Level 1 Trauma Center with standardized anesthesia equipment throughout, utilizing a robust EHR (Cerner).

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus for experienced CRNAs

  • Continuing education support : 5 days plus $4,500 paid annually

    • Qualifications

  • Completion of an AANA-accredited anesthesia program
  • MSN, DNP, or an equivalent degree
  • Illinois RN and APN licensure (or eligibility)
  • NBCRNA certification (new grads eligible for certification)
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
