The Senior Director Construction leads and controls the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of large, cross-regional or global construction programs as well as mentoring and coaching both mature and junior team members of varying levels of experience. The Senior Director contributes significantly to creating and maintaining best in class construction policies and procedures, establishes and maintains supply chain relationships, as well as fostering a client-centric focus on our project delivery requirements. The Senior Director's key focus is to produce predictable outcomes of the construction investments in the hub, with the aim of improving the OTD% (On-time Delivery %) of projects through :

• Planning and directing the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic direction of construction projects in the Americas currently expanding and likely to further experience major, aggressive vigorous expansions in the order of $X hundred million of CapEx.
• Providing leadership and direction in the areas of company construction policies, vendor relationships, accountability, training and employee development, subcontractor and supplier relationships, project and group profitability, and all other areas covered within and by this group all in order to achieve overall Company objectives.
