Job descriptionPartner with the CEO and Board to define financial strategy aligned with expansion goals and operational clarity. Design financial systems and internal controls capable of scaling with infrastructure demands and GAAP compliance. Lead all financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance efforts with rigorous attention to detail. Align pricing models and unit economics for GPUaaS offering, enabling clarity and elasticity in cost and revenue metrics. Translate technical metrics - e.g., GPU utilization, cloud infrastructure cost - into meaningful financial KPIs. Oversee cash flow, capital planning, audits, tax compliance, and financial governance. Support capital raise efforts and investor relations as the business evaluates growth opportunities. 10+ years in senior financial roles, ideally in high-growth tech, cloud, or infrastructure-related sectors. Deep expertise in GAAP accounting, financial planning, budgeting, internal controls, and risk management. Demonstrated hands-on leadership in scaling finance functions and systems. Strong business partnering - able to translate technical operations (GPU infra costs) into financial insight. Advanced qualifications (CPA, MBA) are favored but not mandatory.
