Escrow Assistant | Residential Transactions Team

We’re looking for an Escrow Assistant to join a team focused on residential transactions. If you have 2+ years of experience in escrow operations and thrive in a branch or office setting, this is a great opportunity to support closings and contribute to a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do :

• Assist with customer service and administrative tasks related to escrow closings
• Open orders, input closing statement details, and prepare documents for closing
• Handle disbursement and follow-up of escrow transactions
• Communicate requirements and updates to clients
• Interpret agreements and prepare transaction documents
• Support escrow officers and collaborate across teams
• Recommend process improvements and troubleshoot operational issues

💵 Pay : $18–$20 / hr.
