Licensed Psychologist (Remote)

A company is looking for a Psychologist (Subject Matter Expert) for an Assessment Validation Project.

Key Responsibilities

Support the validation of psychological assessments, specifically Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs)

Measure behavioral traits such as empathy through assessment validation

Provide expertise in psychological assessment and psychometrics

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or Industrial / Organizational Psychology

Valid license to practice psychology

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in psychology

Proven expertise in psychological assessment and psychometrics

Previous experience developing or validating SJTs is an asset
