Summary
The Sales Systems Administrator serves as the primary subject matter expert and leader supporting the sales organization in the functional success and administration of key sales tools such as HubSpot CRM and Xait CPQ. Working closely with the VP of Sales Operations, this position is responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive sales funnel across the portfolio, including forecasting and modeling. The role supports the overall strategy behind sales applications, ensuring alignment with best practices and user needs. It also involves creating and managing integrations with sales, marketing, and reporting platforms, as well as monitoring software releases to evaluate, install, and train teams on new functionality. Additional responsibilities include performing complex system configuration and maintenance tasks such as automation, process flows, formulas, application creation, product configuration, security, and user access management. The position also oversees database management to ensure integrity through ongoing maintenance, diagnostic testing, and duplicate data cleansing.

Location : This position is located on-site in Longmont, CO with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule once fully trained.
Base Compensation : $70,000 - $85,000 is the projected compensation range for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.
Closing Date : November 30th. While we expect to keep the position open through this date, the posting may be extended or closed early based on applicant volume and hiring needs.
