Hematology / Oncology Physician

Hospital is in search of a Hematology & Oncology locum for the following dates due to a cancellation :

8 hours of patient care & evening call (week 1) with and weekend call, then Monday-Friday 8 hour patient care (week 2) with no night call.

Onboarding is typically 90 days but due to the urgency we have approved to onboard sooner. We will consider locums this with a clean history, and an active KY license. Please ensure your presentation form includes the weeks the locum can consider for a faster booking process. We are seeking the below dates or similar with the schedule outlined for a 4-6 month commitment.

Dates below may be flexible for 2 weeks per month :

• 11 / 10 / 25 - 11 / 17 / 25 (Monday Monday 8 am),8 hours of on-site patient care to include Call on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday
• 11 / 17 / 25 - 11 / 21 / 25, 8 hours of on-site patient care, Mon-Fri
• 12 / 8 / 25 - 12 / 15 / 25 (Monday Monday 8 am),8 hours of on-site patient care to include Call on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday
• 12 / 15 / 25 - 12 / 19 / 25, 8 hours of on-site patient care, Mon-Fri
