Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the recruiting function to align with organizational goals and staffing needs
Direct a team of recruiters in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles
Implement systems to track applicants and analyze recruiting metrics for improved hiring outcomes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong track record in sourcing and hiring for various levels of positions
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
