This is a remote position, but must be U.S. based.
Full-time. And then some. (hey, we’re a start-up!)
Reports to : Our Director of Partner Development. She’ll also blow your hair back, especially on the Karaoke stage.
What you should bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience;
- 5+ years of experience in onboarding, client implementation, training delivery, or consulting roles - ideally in a service-focused or SaaS organization;
- Basic technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp the technical aspects of a SaaS product;
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize tasks, set timelines, and coordinate efforts for simultaneous onboardings;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical and nuanced information in a clear and understandable way;
- Ability to digest and work through detailed, complex, and sometimes uncomfortable situations, and provide solutions in a thoughtful way;
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for Partners;
- High emotional intelligence and relationship building skills for navigating the various challenges associated with working with diverse people to bring Partners live;
- A love for improving processes;

We rely on strong, tight relationships with installation companies (Partners) to deliver this support.
What would a typical day look like?
Typical day and responsibilities
The Onboarding Manager acts as the orchestra conductor of the onboarding process, coordinating across teams to ensure a seamless integration for Partners. You are the first point of contact after contract signing and will inspire Partners to meet critical deadlines.
You will deliver remote onboarding services and training, document partner-specific integrations, and communicate issues to the OneVision team to support a successful go-live.
Key daily activities include :
Setting, planning for, and leading video-conference meetings with Partner teams;Consulting with Partner leadership on integration strategies prior to training;Establishing yourself as a strategic ally to Partner leadership and guiding product customization decisions;Leading Partners and internal teams through onboarding from start to finish;Delivering engaging training and overseeing the LMS for Partners;Addressing knowledge gaps during training to improve readiness;Coordinating with internal teams to discuss ongoing issues and updates;Communicating onboarding progress and LMS status to Partners;Scheduling check-ins and managing deadlines, adapting to evolving needs;Customizing the product for Partner needs and ensuring alignment with objectives;Creating or updating onboarding documentation and resources;Coordinating with Partner Success Managers for a smooth transition to training and beyond;Staying current with platform iterations and onboarding impact;Developing ways to secure Partner buy-in and engagement;Conducting regular Partner feedback sessions to refine the process.Responsibilities
Partner Onboarding : Lead new Partners through end-to-end onboarding, fostering momentum and positive usage of the platform.Product Configuration : Coach Partners in configuring and customizing the OneVision product, including needs analysis and initial system setup.Technical Consultation : Provide initial technical guidance and troubleshoot with Partners.Training Execution : Create and deliver engaging training and manage the LMS for Partners.Communication and Coordination : Serve as primary contact for Partners and coordinate with internal teams and trainers.Project Management : Manage multiple onboarding projects, prioritize, schedule milestones, and allocate resources.Issue Resolution : Identify and address onboarding issues with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.Partner Education and Training : Continue education on key features and functionalities post-onboarding.Documentation and Resources : Create and maintain onboarding docs and keep plans and notes organized.Feedback Collection : Gather Partner feedback to improve processes and materials.Process & Resource Development : Contribute to process improvements and develop Partner-facing materials.Culture and values
