Responsibilities :

  • Operate scanning equipment to digitize physical documents while ensuring accurate and high-quality results.
  • Adjust scanner settings and verify digital outputs to achieve optimal file quality.
  • Organize and categorize scanned files within digital systems to ensure easy retrieval and access.
  • Perform regular maintenance on scanning equipment to maintain its efficiency and functionality.
  • Review scanned files to confirm their accuracy and completeness against original documents.
  • Label and file digital documents according to predefined systems and procedures.
  • Provide support for additional administrative tasks as required to assist the team.
  • Experience with paper filing and document organization.
  • Proficiency in scanning physical documents and utilizing scanning equipment.
  • Familiarity with e-filing systems and digital file management.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and handle file boxes as needed.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
