We’re looking for a Clinical Director — part operations guru, part doctor’s right hand, part clinic coach — to help us elevate our patient experience to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• Optimize the Flow : See the patterns of the day, anticipate bottlenecks, and direct staff and doctors to keep patient care seamless, efficient, and stress-free.
• Lead the Team : Coach, coordinate, and keep the clinical team aligned — from check-in to checkout.
• Be the Doctor’s Wingperson : Present weekly metrics, assist with time sheets, and help the provider team work smarter, not harder.
• Perfect the Details : Keep exam rooms fully stocked, uniform, and organized so that muscle memory and excellence go hand-in-hand.
• Tackle Special Projects : Whether it’s calling insurance companies, printing reports, or managing one-off administrative tasks — you’re the one who gets it done with calm confidence.
