ROLE SUMMARY
As a Front-of-House Server, you are more than a point of service; you are a memory-maker. You will play a critical role in shaping the guest experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave, making every touchpoint feel personal, warm, and intentional. We’re looking for team members who are passionate about people, obsessed with details, and committed to delivering service that’s not just good, but meaningful.
Compensation : $9 hourly Plus Tips

Guest Experience & Intentional Service
- Greet with Presence : Welcome every guest genuinely, with eye contact, warmth, and care. Make guests feel seen, not just served.
- Curate the Experience : Learn guest preferences, dietary needs, and special moments. Go beyond the script, find opportunities to personalize.
- Serve with Precision & Passion : Deliver food and beverages attentively, with confidence and flair. Anticipate needs before they’re spoken.
- Create Emotional Connections : Remember names, acknowledge return visits, and leave guests feeling better than when they arrived.
- Recovery & Surprise : Turn complaints into moments of magic. Every challenge is a chance to exceed expectations.
