Job description

Inventory Fulfillment Associate I — Hartland

Step into a role that keeps products moving and teams humming. As an Inventory Fulfillment Associate I, you’ll help keep our Hartland operation running smoothly by supporting daily picking and receiving so orders are accurate and on time.

Compensation

Pay : $17.00 per hour (without forklift experience)

A Day in This Role

You’ll arrive ready to organize priorities, then :

  • Pick items and prepare shipments—loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and staging for delivery or pickup.
  • Receive inbound stock—unload, label, and store materials in the right locations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment and handle basic preventative maintenance to keep tools in good working order.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and teammates to meet goals and resolve issues quickly.
  • Follow established procedures, quality standards, and all safety and compliance rules.
  • Pitch in with related tasks as needed.

What You Bring

  • Knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods.
  • Strong organization and time-management habits.
  • Ability to read and write in English for work instructions and safety requirements.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience using RF scanners.
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).

    • Physical Requirements

  • Comfort standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and occasionally climb a ladder.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift.
  • Regularly lift and move 10–50 lbs.
  • Visual capability including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus.
