Senior Fullstack Engineer

Air is a Creative Ops System for creative teams. Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content and unlocks creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. We launched in March 2021 and have raised +$70m from world-class venture capital groups including Avenir, Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and ship product features end to end across Air’s web platform. You’ll own every step of the development lifecycle—requirements gathering, architecture, implementation, testing, release, and iteration—while collaborating closely with Product, Design, and fellow engineers. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love creating clarity from ambiguity, and can flex between frontend and backend codebases, this role is for you.

Deliver Product Features End to End

• Collaborate with Product and Design to break down ambiguous problems into clear requirements and thoughtful technical decisions.
• Own the entire development cycle, from ideation to deployment - across our React / Node stack.
