Educational Background Required :
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role and SAP

Coordination of material handling teamOperative work with team (working supervisor)Control of material handling processes to ensure compliancePrimary contact person for Finish Goods to interface with all departments thru entire shift (phone)Responsible to identify and fix critical transportation ordersControl, coordinate and communicate material handling routes5s within material handling processes and areasEnsure employees adhere to company policiesServe as a link between subordinates and upper managementEnsure availability of workplace resources and equipmentDelegate work to employees, track progress and provide constructive feedback throughout projects.Responsible for Shift handover communicationResponsible for the complete and accurate record keeping of inventory items into and out of the Finish Goods warehouse, bulk storage areas, and other site locations,Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures for warehousing and Repack operations and support of production operations.Resolve daily inventory issues by working with production team help resolve cogies when neededSet performance goals and project dedlines and aline with Team Lead for larger plans.Address problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in an effective, timely manner.Motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivityInteraction Required : Within the company and Externally
