Job Title : Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated assemblers to join our team for a new product line, focusing on assembling fans and fan components for data center servers. While prior assembly experience is a plus, it is not required. Candidates with electrical experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fans and fan components according to specifications.
• Comply with all general work rules, policies, and safety guidelines.
• Identify and resolve routine problems during the assembly process.
• Operate various equipment, including power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices.
• Work in varied environments, such as on ladders or in confined spaces.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure quality and efficiency.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a climate-controlled facility with a set schedule. Safety-toed shoes are required. The 1st shift runs from 6 : 30am to 3 : 00pm and the 2nd shift from 3 : 00pm to 11 : 30pm. Orientation and training are conducted on the 1st shift, with 2nd shift employees training for the first two weeks on the 1st shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 / hr.
