Job description

ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Florence, South Carolina.

Opportunity : RN - MICU

Job Details :

  • Work 3x12 hour day shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM
  • Patient ratio of 1 : 2
  • Every other weekend requirement with holiday rotation
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Float to like units within scope as needed (agency floats first)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required (preferably 2 years)
  • Travel experience required - first-time travelers not accepted
  • South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
  • Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
  • Royal blue scrubs required
  • Epic charting system
  • Free parking provided
  • Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
  • Care for adult and geriatric patients in medical intensive care setting
  • Complete approximately 4 hours of non-billable modules pre-start
  • May be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November)
  • Must be separated from facility system for 1 year if previously employed as permanent staff

The facility utilizes Epic charting system and maintains modern equipment and technology to support critical care patients.
