Technical Project Manager (Phoenix)

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who can drive execution across complex engineering initiatives, align cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence at scale. This role is ideal for someone who excels in ambiguity, influences across org boundaries, and thrives in fast-moving, enterprise environments.

What Youll Do

• Work across multiple teams to track, anticipate, and resolve delivery risks and impediments
• Own risk management end-to-end from identification through resolution
• Drive delivery of medium to high complexity technology initiatives supporting key product strategies
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across engineering + product orgs
• Apply strong understanding of organization, product + industry standard delivery metrics
• Leverage strong relationships across teams and bring differing viewpoints to alignment
• Communicate clearly with engineering, product, and external third-party partners
• Mentor / elevate Technical PMs, Agile Champions, and other delivery roles within the team
• Ensure SDLC compliance + enforce quality standards and documentation excellence
• Provide program level executive reporting on program health, risks, status and outcomes
• Partner with Product Management to build, refine and deliver viable roadmaps + platform capability growth
• Drive simplification, influence decisions, and operate effectively in ambiguity
• Lead Agile / Scrum delivery patterns to meet expectations for quality and timelines
