Scope :
Seeking a highly motivated Community Manager to oversee the daily operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction of our property. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a customer-first approach to ensure the success of both the community and team members.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, resident relations, and compliance with Fair Housing regulations .
- Maximize occupancy, minimize delinquency, and maintain curb appeal to protect and grow community value.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with community standards, safety, and quality.
- Hire, train, and manage staff including Assistant Managers and Maintenance Technicians; provide ongoing coaching and performance management.
- Oversee and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting , ensuring operational efficiency and ROI.
- Lead marketing and sales efforts , including advertising, social media campaigns, promotions, and follow-up on leads.
- Manage home inventory, inspections, title, utilities, and all related sales processes.
- Enforce community rules, policies, and vendor compliance to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.3+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail management .Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to delegate and prioritize tasks effectively.Proven experience with budgeting, financial management, and operational analysis .Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property / rent management software preferred.Knowledge of federal, state, and local housing laws; strong compliance mindset.Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
