We are searching for a responsible person who enjoys working with young people. This person should be able to lead, support, and motivate strong-willed boys. The work job supervisor will prepare equipment needed for job sites, ensure safety, transport boys and materials, work with boys on the job, and use power tools and other equipment. The work job supervisor should demonstrate consistency, flexibility, and teamwork.

Requirements

Willing and able to work with strong-willed boys

Be at least 23 years of age

Have a high school diploma or GED

Capable of teaching safety practices and work skills

Mechanic skills not required, but beneficial

Ability to drive and back trailers and trucks
