Compensation Package Highlights :

  • Base Salary : $315,000
  • Sign on bonus + Quality Based Incentives
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package (health, life, vision, dental)
  • PTO, CME, 401K / Roth Program
  • Paid malpractice insurance, licensure, DEA
