Director of AI Products

A company is looking for a Director of AI Products & Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Own the AI product lifecycle, defining roadmaps and delivering AI-powered features from concept through launch

Drive customer-facing AI experiences and internal operational AI to enhance efficiency

Implement responsible AI practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

7-10 years in product / platform roles, with 5+ years in AI / ML-powered products or workflow automations

3-5 years leading cross-functional delivery teams with a proven record of shipping to production

Experience embedding AI into customer experiences and internal operations with measurable KPIs

Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred

Familiarity with SEC / FINRA regulations and compliance processes
