NIGHT / OVERNIGHT SHIFT AVAILABILITY

  • 2 pm-10 pm (Night)
  • 10 pm-6 am (Overnight)

Your Role in Creating Remarkable Experiences : As a Supervisor at Dash In, you'll play a key role in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests while supporting your team to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Team Leadership & Development : Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build, train, and lead a high-performing team. Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure your team delivers outstanding service and operational excellence.
  • Guest Engagement : Proactively engage with guests, addressing questions and concerns while supporting associates in maintaining a "no wait" experience.
  • Operational Efficiency : Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and cleanliness standards to ensure smooth operations and compliance with Dash In's exceptional quality and safety standards.
  • Inventory & Task Management : Communicate effectively with management regarding ordering and inventory needs, and complete assigned tasks as directed by leadership.
  • Problem Solving & Service Excellence : Demonstrate strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences through excellent people skills.
  • Champion Standards : Uphold Dash In's commitment to cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence in every aspect of the store's operations.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service or retail supervisory role or equivalent.
  • Education : High school diploma or GED
  • Ambition : Drive for results and ability to adapt to change with attention to detail.
  • Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Physical & Mental Stamina : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use POS technology.
  • Requirements : Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
